The graduation ceremony at the revered grounds of the Husseini sanctuary evokes a sense of beauty and significance, where the embodiment of purity intertwines with the joyous occasion of graduates donning their caps in celebration. This momentous "central graduation" event, attended by students from various faculties and departments of the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa, took place at the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine. We extend our heartfelt wishes to all our students for a prosperous journey ahead in their chosen paths.
 

The Presidency of the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa focused on practical lessons in order to achieve the greatest benefit for its students, and within the scientific activities of the Diseases Branch in the College of Medicine. A number of third-stage students presented scientific seminars and discussions in the presence of the dean of the college and the head of the branch, as this activity demonstrated wonderful benefits for our students.

A group of students from the "Al Khayrat Institute" visited the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa on an educational field trip. The students explored the corridors of the university and its colleges, visited the engineering workshops, and became acquainted with the university's scientific facilities.

The nursing college celebrated the graduation of its students for the academic year 2022-2023 at the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa. The ceremony was held in a remarkable setting and in the presence of the university presidency, who shared their excitement.

A number of doctors from Ireland visited the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa (PBUH), and they were received by the President of the University, Professor Dr. Ibrahim Al-Hayawi.
This visit came to benefit from their expertise in the field of specialization and cooperation in various medical fields to serve the university’s students. The delegation was briefed on the university, its colleges and departments, and they expressed their admiration for the scientific capabilities it possesses.

Aiming to raise the highest international quality standards, Warith Al-Anbiyaa University (PBUH) is preparing to launch the “Warith Elevate Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation,” which will provide qualification, development, support, marketing, and employment services to the university’s graduates and students.
The Head of the Quality Assurance Department, Dr. Ali Abdel Zahra declared: “The Warith Elevate Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (Warith Elevate) is considered one of the first centers in Iraq that will work to empower students and graduates professionally and entrepreneurially in accordance with the requirements of the job market, thus enhancing the growth of their projects and innovations as well as their employment in various sectors.”
He added: "The center came to enhance the university's social and academic reputation in embracing its students after graduation and ensuring that they obtain the necessary skills to enter the job scene."
Abdul Zahra stated: The name of the center was taken from the noble verse, “In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.”
“Allah will raise those who have believed among you and those who have been given knowledge in degrees.” Allah the Most High, the Great, has spoken the truth.
Out of our belief in raising the university’s graduates to degrees of knowledge and charity, this description is embodied in the design of the logo, the shape of the degrees, and their colors, of which white symbolizes (knowledge) and yellow (society).

The University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa (peace be upon them), in collaboration with the Center for Specialized Studies in Imam Mahdi (peace be upon him), organized the third Mahdiyya Tent Festival. The opening ceremony of this tent was inaugurated by Mr. Ibrahim Al-Hayawi, the university president. The purpose of this tent is to disseminate the correct Mahdi thought and strengthen the spiritual connection with the Imam of the Age, may our souls be sacrificed for him, for the university students.
The tent included various activities such as open dialogue sessions, a specialized book exhibition on the Mahdi issue, a knowledge testing segment, and other cultural events related to the Mahdiyya cause.

The Specialized Studies Center in Imam Mahdi, in collaboration with the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa, is organizing the "Third Mahdiyah Tent Festival." The festival aims to spread the correct Mahdavi thought and strengthen the spiritual connection to the Imam of the era, our souls be sacrificed for him.

The National Center for Medical Competency Evaluation obtained membership in the European Simulation Association for using computer technologies in health care. The center has previously obtained Arab Board accreditation to perform Arab Board exams for medical specialties.
It is noteworthy that Professor Dr. Sobeih Abbas Al-Mashhadani is the head of the National Center for Medical Competency Evaluation, Director of Measurement and Evaluation of the Arab Board for Health Specialties, General Secretariat, and founding member of the Arab Authority for Digital Medical Education.

Participating in the Ministerial Volleyball Championship
Warith Al-Anbiyaa University’s Volleyball team participated in the "Iraqi Universities Volleyball Championship" held by the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Authority / Student Activities Department at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The Head of the Student Activities Department, Dr. Hammam Abdel Abbas, said: Our university hosted this tournament with (10) other universities at the Middle Euphrates Technical University in Najaf, and our university team beat the Tusi University team, qualifying for the next stage of the tournament.

During his visit to Warith Al Anbiyaa University  and his meeting with the President of the University, Prof. Ibrahim Al-Hayawi, Prof. Shafiq Al-Mawla, President of Alayen University, explained the possibility of scientific and academic cooperation between the two universities. In addition to the two parties' emphasis on implementing the strategy of the Ministry of Higher Education in developing plans to enter the international rankings and the possibility of receiving foreign students in our universities.

Warith Al-Anbiyaa University honors the Presidency of the Arab Council for Anesthesiology
After performing the Arab Board exams in Anesthesia and Intensive Care at the "National Center for Assessment of Medical Competencies" of the Health and University Education Authority, the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Al-Hayawi, honored the President of the Arab Council for Anesthesiology, Prof. Dr. Omar Al-Dardiri, the head of the examination committee, and Prof. Dr. Amneh.
This exam came with the participation of a number of doctors from multiple Arab countries, considering that the National Center for Medical Competence Assessment is an accredited center by the Arab Board and its administration seeks to make it an internationally accredited center in the board exams.

The Continuing Education Center holds an " Students Intellectual Competition of Al-Warith Schools"
On the sidelines of the recreational scientific visit for students of Al-Warith Schools to Al-Warith AlAnbiyaa University, the Continuing Education Center held an intellectual competition for students on the university's electronic system. The questions varied between general, mathematical and scientific, and in conclusion, prizes were presented to the ten winning students.

The Times Visits Warith Al-Anbiyaa University
For the first time at the level of Iraqi universities, Warith Al-Anbiyaa University hosted an expert committee from the World Rankings (Times) to discuss the possibility of the university's entry into this classification. This came in implementation of the directives of Higher Education and Scientific Research Minister to reach Iraqi universities to the ranks of international universities by hosting experts from different countries and international universities.
Professor Talal Youssef, Dean of Higher Studies and Emerging Technology in Queensland, Australia, said: "We are an international team that includes a number of universities, and our visit came to the young Warith AlAnbiyaa University to exchange views and learn from each other, and to benefit from the experiences of international universities and discuss the strengths that the university possesses to address the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education to generalize the experience. As well as discussing weaknesses to work together and fix them by benefiting from the experiences of international universities to produce satisfactory results.

 A High-Level Delegation Visits Warith Al-Anbiyaa University
In implementation of the directives of the Higher Education and Scientific Research Minister, Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi, to reach Iraqi universities to the world by entering them in international rankings and evaluations. A high-level delegation that included a number of international universities’ presidents (Malaysian and Australian), accompanied by a delegation from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, visited the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa to see the requirements of the international classification (The Times) provided by the university.
In the past period, the university has been providing all the requirements for entry to many international rankings, the most important of which is the classification of (The Times). The delegation consisted of:


(Prof. Talal), Dean of Graduate Studies and Emerging Technology in Queensland, Australia.


Steve Hall, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Technology, University of Queensland Centre (CQU).


(Jafar Saleh), President of the Academy in Malaysia.

The two parties agreed to work and cooperate with regard to the development of academic curricula and university studies for the purpose of reaching a conscious and educated generation to ensure a better future as individuals and as a society.
