The University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa, in collaboration with the British institution, UniHouse, offers specialized training programs to prepare for the IELTS exam. These programs are taught by certified international IELTS trainers.
The training programs aim to:
Develop reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
Provide successful strategies for passing the IELTS exam.
Conduct a simulation test for the IELTS.
The training programs are available in two versions:
Monthly version: 5 days a week for 2 hours each day.
Two-month version: 2 days a week for 2 hours each day.
The training programs start on February 4, 2024.
Time: Training program start times range from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM (based on the registered program) for 2 hours.
Prices start from 620,000 Iraqi Dinars depending on the selected training program after the level assessment test.

The conference is organized in collaboration with the Iraqi Geotechnical Scientific Association and Saint Petersburg Polytechnic University in Russia.
The Aircraft Engineering Department at the College of Engineering organized a scientific workshop for first-year students on "Principles of Aeronautics" and Aircraft Components. The workshop covered essential topics for aircraft engineers, including aircraft structure designs, aircraft engines, aerodynamics, air dynamics, aircraft control and stability, electric and mechanical aircraft systems, maintenance, and fundamental engineering subjects.
2024/01/27To contribute to the successful implementation of renewable energy systems in investment and governmental projects, as well as solar energy systems for residential homes, the Parliamentary Energy Committee hosted Assistant Professor Dr. Hassan Taleb, the Head of the Biomedical Engineering Department, and Dr. Hassan Ahmed Ibrahim from the College of Engineering.
They provided essential insights on the law being reviewed in Parliament and highlighted the need to amend certain loopholes in the law for the public good. The Parliamentary Energy Committee emphasized the necessity of using a feed-in tariff system instead of the proposed net metering system.

A delegation from Warith Al-Anbiya University discussed ways and potentialities to enhance mutual scientific cooperation during their visit to Technological University in Baghdad.
The university delegation included the Assistant Scientific, Dr. Waqad Al-Mousawi, the Dean of the College of Engineering, Dr. Hussein Al-Awadi, and his assistant Dr. Ali Basim. They were greeted by the President of Technological University, Dr. Ahmed Al-Ghban, and the Assistant Scientific Dr. Khawla Salah Khushan, along with heads of scientific and administrative departments at the university.
Discussions focused on the mechanism of collaboration in organizing the second engineering conference in partnership between the two universities. They also deliberated on activating the provisions of the previously signed scientific agreement to serve the educational process in our beloved country.
It is worth noting that Warith Al-Anbiya University is striving to keep up with the solid educational reality by entering international rankings through partnerships and twinning with prestigious universities locally, regionally, and globally.

The College of Medicine at Warith Al-Anbiyaa University (peace be upon him), in collaboration with the "Regional Center for Emergency Medicine," held a training workshop on the fundamentals of life-saving for seniors and children. This workshop was presented to first-year students by emergency medicine specialists.
2024/01/20The College of Medicine at the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa, in coordination with the Iraqi Red Crescent Society, Karbala Branch, organized a training workshop for the students of the college on "First Aid." The workshop included training participants on how to provide first aid to patients and injured individuals in emergency situations and accidents, covering all necessary steps to deal with these situations in a simplified manner, with practical application to facilitate learning and wise decision-making to prevent these problems.
2024/01/19The College of Engineering conducted an official visit to the Baghdad International Fair with the aim of keeping pace with development and innovation at the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa, and to stay informed about all that is new in the public and private sectors. We are committed to providing training programs for our dear students and conducting workshops and developmental seminars on campus.
Mr. Hussein Hadi, the respected Assistant Professor and Dean of the College of Engineering, led a delegation of faculty members to visit the Baghdad International Fair on Thursday, January 18, 2024. During the visit, the delegation held meetings with several international and local companies specialized in various fields including energy, oil drilling safety, professional safety, air conditioning, and refrigeration devices.
They expressed their full readiness to organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions for the dear students and to continue collaboration across all scientific levels.
The College of Medicine at the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa (peace be upon him) organized a workshop titled "(The Misuse of Psychoactive Substances and Their Psychological and Physical Effects and Treatment Methods)." The workshop was presented by Dr. Jasim Mohammed Hashim Al-Mousawi, a consultant in psychiatry. The workshop emphasized the need for concerted efforts to combat this scourge, which carries many risks, the most important of which is the spread of crime in its various forms.
